The sejwal foundation established in February 2024 and incorporated as a section 8 company under the Companies Act 2013., is a non-profit organisation. Our mission is to revolutionise India’s development landscape through innovative agricultural and rural initiatives. With a strong presence in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and many other states, we are dedicated to fostering inclusive growth and addressing the pressing needs of underserved communities.

Our journey began as a grassroots initiative fueled by passionate volunteers who recognised the transformative power of skill development, agriculture, Renewal Energy, Sports, Women Empowerment and healthcare. Since our inception, we have made significant strides in community development. In 2023-24, we launched our first skill development program, providing access to quality schooling for over 20 children. By 2024-25, we expanded our initiatives to include sustainable livelihood programs, empowering 50 individuals with essential skills and resources.

We are passionate about empowering rural communities nationwide, providing them with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s evolving agricultural environment. By focusing on sustainable practices and community engagement, the Sejwal Foundation is committed to significantly impacting the agricultural sector through various activities aimed at empowering marginalised farming communities across India. Our agriculture program focuses on innovative initiatives that enhance productivity, ensure sustainability, and promote food security.

We engage in information dissemination, training, and capacity building by organising workshops, technical conferences, and farmers’ seminars. These efforts are designed to equip farmers with modern agricultural practices and knowledge. Additionally, we adopt villages for sustainable development, fostering community involvement and resilience.

Our foundation closely monitors trends in agriculture and agribusinesses, advising local and state governments, NGOs, and various organisations on effective policies and actions for advancing the rural economy. By integrating technology and sustainable practices, we aim to uplift farmers’ livelihoods, enhance resource utilisation, and promote environmental stewardship.

History & Background

Founded in 2024, the Sejwal Foundation began as a grassroots initiative aimed at addressing the pressing needs of underserved communities. Our journey started with a small group of passionate volunteers who recognized the power of education, agriculture, solar power and healthcare in transforming lives. Since then, we have achieved several key milestones, including:
